This product was very well made and I would recommend it, but the story is really with the seller. I ultimately returned the product because I had mistakenly ordered a size too big. Speaking of mistakes, I also returned my home's 60 year-old one-of-a-kind hand drawn blueprints because I had forgotten to take them out of the tube. I realized a week later, had a good ol' panic attack, and immediately contacted the seller by email and phone. Within minutes, someone had emailed me back saying they would check with the shipping department and get back to me the next day. I was prepared to hound them with calls and emails the next day because pretty much no one ever gets back to you when they say they well. However, by the next morning, there was a note in my inbox saying the blueprints were found and that I could go pick it up (they're about 45 minutes from me). So 5 stars for their customer service. I would give more if I could.

Best of three products I’ve looked at.Widest in diameter to reduce poster curl. Only one of the three that has locking system to prevent carrying tube contraction which could damage the contents. I chose it for airline travel. Very satisfied with the choice
