My dsv printer has been the best have had it for almost 2yrs now and haven't had a problem until recently my print head got scratched all completely my fault but customer service like always has helped so much, led me the right way didn't take more than 4 days to receive and helped me install... I will always recommend this printer to anyone. Thank you!!

I purchased this printer over a year ago.. it’s still rocking just like day one and has made a lot of amazing Tshirts and made me some pretty decent money. Let’s talk about support… I have had several issues that I have had to reach out for help and they are always there.. I recently moved and my printer was down for 2 months.. I flushed the lines like the manual said did a print head cleaning like the manual said and when I started it back up I reached out just to make sure I was good, my nerves were shot ... long story short Daisy was my saving Grace! I had to take the printer apart because one of the wires wiggled loose on the mother board during transport and she right there with me the whole way! I couldn’t have done it without her! Daisy you are still the best! ❤️
