This DTF printer prints beautifully. I have needed help on several occasions as this is my first printer like this and Daisy from DSV is completely amazing . She responds extremely fast and sends me pictures and videos while explaining how to fix my issues. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Best customer service!! 5 stars

Purchased this Printer end of January 2024.It has given me NOTHING but issues.Tech support is out of china so you cannot get help or answers until late evening/nights.Initially, we had it hooked up to a brand new laptop and customer service came back and said my laptop was not compatible. It was Windows 10. They said laptops don’t always work with the software.So, we had to bite the bullet and fork out more money and buy a brand new desktop. Got it all hooked up and printed maybe 10 images that weren’t even that great. Software broke down. It took 3 days to hear back from anyone.Got it working again, but again, dull images and nothing was printing as it should.I switched inks and products hoping I would get a better image to print, with no luck. Very basic coloring and bright images were dull. Even with the top of the line ink.We have gone about every other week with random little issues with the software and having to wait hours and sometimes days for a reply from tech. The one thing I will say about tech is when you do get them on chat they’re there to help you but it takes HOURS & late into the nights, so it’s both a good thing and a bad thing. There needs to be 24/7 support.Here we are yet again 9 days into the software not working, and now it won’t print color at all.Not to mention, I’ve had to fully delete my entire computer 3 times, reinstall the software & then have to email myself individual images one at a time to print because I’ve had to delete my entire system.I’m so beyond frustrated at this point I just want a refund and a different set up completely. But go figure I don’t qualify to return it anymore.Biggest waste of money, time and energy I’ve ever experienced.And now we are refunding hundreds of dollars in customer orders because we haven’t been able to print.DO NOT buy this printer. Such a waste & disappointment.UPDATE 7/5/24: we got left on “read” with no response for over 30 minutes after they got us to completely take the machine apart. Machine is totally tore apart and they will not refund or stand behind their product, they want me to sit on their chat for another ungodly amount of time and try to put it back together piece by tiny piece. They sent texts through their app after 1am my time this morning AND THEN when I wasn’t answering, because I was obviously sleeping… they texted “hello?”, “are you going to answer for us to find solution with you?”, “please give us chance to fix this with you!!”, “are you awake?”.I’ve asked multiple times for even a partial refund and to return the printer and just be done. They will not.

Everything came on time. It was easy to set up and get started. I purchased this back in December so I wanted to wait to see how things went before reviewing. Maintenance is extremely important! I did have an issue with the printer head at one point and reached out to customer service for troubleshooting and found it was bad but a new one was sent out immediately. They also sent me a video of how to change it and within about 20 min I was back up printing no problems. Here recently I had surgery and was down for 2 weeks so couldn't get in to do my maintenence so the circulation pump started leaking. That was on me and I believe it's from the white not being moved for that long period of time. So stay on top of your maintenence. I reached out again and was able to get a replacement pump sent out the next day. I was nervous about this purchase and thinking if I have issues how would I get parts but they communicate with you and fast! Just remember the time difference when reaching out. So it may be later in the night or early in the morning for a response. I'm giving a 5 star review because I'm a visual learner and every question I had is explain really well and a video is sent with it. The quality is great, my business is growing and my customers love it! I would definitely buy from this company again.

Purchased this printer just under a year now, and with close to about 800+ prints now. It was easy to initially setup and from the start work perfect with no issues. Once you follow the maintenance schedule the printer works perfect. I recently had a problem and contacted the support team which assisted me and the problem was resolved, thanks to Yetta and Jack for their patients and help to quickly resolve the issue and the various support videos to assist in the task. Thanks again to the support team from DSV.

I received my machine on the 12th, opened the box on the 14th when i got off work and the silver pan is bent up and the red light indicator on the oven is broken off. Not sure how it was broken in this big wooden box so I can only assume it happened at the factory. I have not used the machine as of yet to rate the performance.I was able to set things up and get the printer to finally work. It was not the printer but the operator, and their customer service is quick with answering any questions. They fixed the problem with getting the white to print out and my prints are coming out beautiful and bright. I am loving my machine!!! I do keep my machine on and running all night so the white can rotate and I will print something out daily to keep it going. But what I found out was all you have to do is press F12 and let it clean its print head and it will print out your white like new. I am glad I did not spend money on the 12K machine I wanted to get, this one is just as good.I have had my printer now since July 12th and has used it several times. I love the printer and what it can do but it does have some major pros and cons. It does not take long to print your image and the colors are very nice. The only problem I have with this printer is the white does not print out dark enough. If I print out white words or picture and try to place it on a dark shirt the color of the shirt will show through and the white is faded out. For example, the red shirt will have the letters or pic looking pink and the black a dull grey. Also, I do not have to use this printer everyday for it to continue to work, I have went 4-5 days without using it and the only thing I would have to do is shake the ink and when I turn on the machine do a F12 to clean the print head and it will print like normal. This machine is nice but the output of the white is not thick enough.

I was disappointed that my oven didn't work but the team at DSV made everything good they even refunded the duty on the parts they shipped meI would highly recommend them to anyone buying a dtf printer overseas when I expand my business I will be buying my products here Thanks DSV you did not let me down

I would like to thank Daisy and Jack from DSV for spending over 3 hours with me sending videos, photos and installing files remotely to resolve the Print Error: (WHITE (EMPYT) issue that I was having. My file name was too long was one of the problems that wouldn’t allow me to print with other minor issues that they were able to figure out. I always felt confident that they knew what they were doing and it was just a matter of time until they got it. Daisy was great translating instructions between Jack and I. Great team!I will always contact them for any future issues or questions. They were fast getting back to me and scheduling a time to meet. This means a lot when you have a small business and we all know how important it is not to have your equipment not working. Thank You Jack and Daisy
