Back shocks does not fit 2010 GMC Yukon slt. Having a hard time getting intouch with the seller to get refunded for the rear shocks

Shocks and struts were a perfect fit for my 2007 Tahoe LS. I replaced the 140,000 OEM's with these. Initially, they were great. Unfortunately, after 3 months and less than 2,000 miles, they have failed. The ride is now worse than my 140,000 mile originals that these replaced. These shocks/struts have been a total waste of time and money...I'll have to find something else...with a warranty!
