I have a trailblazer that had completely shot shocks and struts. Since this is simply a work car, and I don't use it for anything else, I went with these cheap shocks/struts to smooth things out. These work fine for that. They are not nearly as good as brand name units but do the job for this vehicle.

This set of shocks was purchased for a 2003 trailblazer. The strut set is close to OEM, but not exact, care must be taken to install them correctly, Bottom portion of shock attachment is notched only in one place, for cinch bolt, oem is 360 degrees. other than it is the same as OEM. Ride quality is very good, springs and shocks work exactly as they are meant to . As this is a new installation, can not, attest to the durability, but they appear of sound construction, and for the price a real bargain, if they last anywhere near the originals. 30 minute test ride after installation, prooved that they are working properly, ride, steering, and braking improved dramatically.Update 8/17/2016 Product Working perfectly, so well that my Mother in law wanted the same installed on her 2006 trailblazer, that uses the same part. They have updated the product so that it is exactly like the OEM in design, cinch bolt notch is now 360 degrees, so they do pay attention to comments for improvement. I highly recommend this product!
