Well worth it, 3 years no problem, fixed my drive shaft for a fraction of the price that it cost to replace it, 2006 Grand Cherokee Overland front drive shaft, 5.7 hemi, hope this helps. RECOMENDED

The clamp for the CV joint was very cheap and broke before I even got it tightened with the proper tool. I ended up having to use a standard hose clamp which seemed to work fine.

Great kit. All necessary parts included. Included grease tube a plus. Band clamp a little finicky but works fine. Overall an excellent value.

Fit right on to my 07 Grand Cherokee Overland front prop shaft(23"). Came with everything needed including plenty of grease. It was pretty snug on the spline, but was able to tap it on. I didn't care for the bolts. They're Allen heads and an 8th shorter. Just used the old ones. I would recommend getting the cv boot banding tool. You'll need it! If it fails or deteriorates by the next oil change, I'll update.Update: I'm running a 2.5" lift on my "Chrysler" Grand Cherokee WK, so, this cv kit didn't last 4 months. The downward angle was just too much for the spline and rubber boot. I have since added 1/2" transfer case drop spacers to the cross member. However, if you're running stock, this kit will work great! Thanks, and everybody Wang Chung tonight!!!

Everything worked as it should. Seemed to be plenty of grease with the kit and it went back together without issue. The only pain was having to drop down the left side of the cross member to be able to get the driveshaft out. Broke one of the 4 bolts from corrosion. The jeep now has only theee bolts holding left side up. Oh well...Be sure to buy the CV joint banding tool to be able to tighten the new clamps with. It makes life so much better!

Lacks a seal/gasket on one side and the grease can sling out over time causing joint failure. It needs gaskets on both ends but only is designed with one on one end. I re-used one off of my old cv and it seems to be working well at this time.
