The anchors and screws to attach the speakers are not included and must be purchased separately. The hardened steel brackets are suitable only for attaching the speaker to walls or ceilings constructed of solid wood, brickwork, concrete, hollow buildings block, or wood studs.

I use these on a shaded outdoor patio and they’ve been mounted for a year and they sound very reasonable.

I have a few sets of Dual speakers mounted around my house. Its a good speaker for the money. I installed them in areas where I am just looking for a decent speaker for background music such as garage, bathroom, shed.
