This product does not tighten very well due to budget design/construction. The flag pole holder piece attaches to the hitch with a lot of play. This results in incessant, loud rattling. Additionally, even if you are stationary and there's a breeze, it will lean, and rock, and make so much noise. Definitely not high quality but it works as described for the lowest price I could find on Amazon.

Easy to install on my hitch and took me less than a minute to do. It looks great with the two flags attached. I don’t recommend driving with the flags attached but just to use while parked. It’s well made and durable. It’s a good value.

Great product, very strong, great value. Bottom is open so you may want to cover bottom or do as I did and screw in a wider PVC pipe with a cap, drill a hole for potential water in pipe and some holes for the attached screws to hold it in place, rig it the way I like it.
