Was installed onboard by a trolling motor installer; LED indicators for battery bank 2 lasted maybe 2 years... without LED’s you have no way to determine state of charge.Not impressed; can not recommend.

Works great. Easy wire up and extension of one charging lead on my boat. These used to be made in Nashville TN - but now I see they come from China-so 4 stars until I see if test of time(aka quality) proves it to be as good as my older ones were/are

Use this charger to charge my 2 boat batteries. Really nice that I can charge 2 batteries at the same time. Fully automatic operation. Red light when charging, green light when fully charged. Very well made, and heavy. Seems to be good quality.

The old dual-bank charger had a red light and a green light- one of each, so no help knowing which batter was taking longer to recharge. The DualPro let me pinpoint which of the two batteries was taking longer- nice. First application, everything worked as it should.The DualPro products have a great reputation among fishing boat owners- expecting a long useful life.UPDATE March 31, 2016: I've owned this battery charger since Nov. 2013, a total of 29 months. This winter (2016), I discovered that one of the two batteries that was connected to the charger over the winter was low on water and very low capacity, so I replaced it with a new battery. I now have this charger attached to 2 Interstate SRM24 batteries (flooded lead-acid deep cycle batteries), one 18 months old and the other brand new this month. I discovered that, in "float mode", the charger was holding the older battery at 13.8 volts and the newer one at 14.4 volts, both well above the usual float voltage of 13.2 volts and a 0.6 volt difference between the float voltages applied to the two batteries. There was no indication of trouble on the charger indicator lights. It appears the float mode in this charger has failed, so I can no longer trust it to maintain the batteries in long-term storage.29 months is a very short lifetime for a battery charger, so I reduced my original 5 star rating to 2 stars.

Works nice and came in quicker than posted. Easy to install.. definately worth the money. I would recommend this to a friend or boat owner. It's a must have!

This is my second RS2 charger. I have used the RS2 on my boat through harsh midwest winters to the blistering hot summers with no issues at all for over a year now. Always keeps the batteries topped off and charges them quickly. Dual Pro has a great customer service and their technical team is top notch. You can extend the leads on this charger with no issue. Added 2 more batteries for a 36 volt trolling motor upgrade so needed another 2 bank charger. The RS2 can be used on 12/24/36 volt systems as it will regulate the voltage to 12 volts that it sees on the battery it is hooked to/charging.
