truck would idle for 30min before loosing fuel pressure. Getting air in fuel lines from the right tank. Replaced old valve with new. Getting air from left tank. Thought I might have gotten a pin hole in lines, replace every rubber and steal fuel lines. Still getting air in fuel lines. plugged off the small vent/weep hole on new valve. truck will now idle for 1 hour before loss of fuel pressure. Far less air getting in lines, but once the trapped air glugs up to the fuel pump, truck will die.

I installed this on my pontoon boat as I had added an additional fuel tank. Good instructions and I like the water tight wire plug.

Installed the valve, and it worked for about 100 miles. Now it's stuck on one tank and won't switch. Stellar.

Valve is inverse of original on '80's Ford F/E350 requiring drilling new holes in frame rail. Normally not a big deal, but the frame is strengthened at that location requiring drilling through 1/2" of steel. Also, valve is tilted on an angle complicating attachment of feed/return lines to tanks

I have a 2006 Chevy 3500 Silverado with aux tank in truck bed and had issues when use about 1/2 aux tank fuel my truck would go into limp mode. I had my mechanic replace this switch and add lift pump. Looks like my issue has been fixed.

Perfect replacement for my '96 F-350 diesel. Much less costly than OEM.
