It works well but I found that starting with a lower water pressure and increasing it worked best for me.

This works a bit better than the single-side fed muffs. It is long enough to work on my Volvo-Penta duo prop outdrive.

One use and it seems good. Still has flaws of the water tubes falling down which tends to pull the suction cups down. I hope the hose piece where it "Y" holds up. The plastic ones are garbage. There"s alot of room for a better product in this market.

Works well. Water pumps through the tell tale without having to hold the muffs on by hand. Seals against the motor well on my Yamaha F150

you need to install with it bring the back of the outboard, resting on the transom to hold it in place. the single piped muffs are lighter and hold in place better.

I have a volvo penta PD 290 1989 vintage. I’ve been using the Volvo penta short version muffs for years and it wasn’t until I tried this model I didn’t realize how much water was not being provided to my engines cooling system. Great design, but would pay more if it was made with better material. Bottom line , it does work better!

If you flush your engine a lot, this is the flusher for you. This one has the metal split just behind the hose attachment. After breaking several of the el cheapos with the plastic split, I learned my lesson. Spend a few extra bucks and get this one. No plastic to dry out and get brittle. Plus the dual feed keeps plenty of water going to your engine.
