Functional Characteristics

Please follow the instruction guide to replace the soldering head.
Replacing the weld head requires the use of two wrenches at the same time to avoid damage to the internal wiring harness from excessive tangling.
Control Panel Functions
●Power switch：Turns the ultrasonic generator on/off.
●Test button（TEST）：Triggers a brief ultrasonic pulse to check system functionality.
●Power indicator light (green) ：Illuminates when the generator is powered on.
●Ultrasonic indicator light (blue): Lights up during ultrasonic activation.
●The overload indicator light (red): Alerts when excessive pressure triggers overload protection.
The progress bar ▌▌▌▌▌: Visual indicator for overload status.
Welding time setting：Use "left-pointing arrow" to select digits and "up-pointing arrow" to adjust values. Confirm by stopping cursor.
Safety Precautions
- Wear Protective Gear: Operators must wear safety goggles before operating the machine.
- Training Requirements:Only trained personnel are allowed to operate the ultrasonic welding machine.
- Electrical Safety:Ensure cables are correctly connected and the machine is properly grounded before use.
- Material Restrictions:This machine is designed for welding plastic materials (e.g., PP, PVC, PET, ABS) with a thickness not exceeding 3 mm. If welding different materials, ensure their melting points are similar.
- Do NOT weld metal materials or place metal between welding parts.
- Operational Warnings: Ensure workpieces are tightly pressed together; use fixtures if necessary. Avoid touching the welding head during operation to prevent burns.
- Maintenance: Power off the machine before maintenance or repairs. Do not modify the machine or open the casing without authorization.
- Maintenance / Replacement
Cleaning:Clean the welding head and fixtures after each use to remove debris.
Head Replacement: Replace the welding head immediately if cracks or dents are observed.
