Don't judge me, but I got this for myself and not for a baby! I am constantly misjudging how hot the water is and getting in the bath before it's cooled down enough, or waiting too long until it's cooled down too much. This was effective for me in eliminating that guesswork. My one wish is that there was a way to turn off the beeping feature. It has a flashing light and beeps when it is registering a temperature above a threshold you set (the highest that threshold can be set at is 104F).

Tthis is a very important thermometer for newborns and babies. the temperature is pretty accurate after testing and it’s really simple to use. I love that it’s also room temperature so that’s a good thing I’ll keep in mind. Also, a cute design and simple.

This is a great addition to bath time. Love how it turns on automatically and shows the temperature. Great to know the temperature is good while my grandchild is in the tub. He loves it as a toy as well. Would have been a nice thing to have when my kids were little

Great little fun thermometer we add while bathing the baby. typically within a +/- 2-3 degrees from other thermometers we compared it with. It is skimming the very top part of the water so the temp is obviously gonna be much different on the very tip top of the water verses a deeper part of the water.

This was a very cute addition to bath time and our little one quickly welcomed it into the tub.The ducky itself is cute and our 14 month old didn't even notice the thermometer part. She just played with it like the other toys in the tub.The thermometer seemed accurate compared to what the shower head thermometer said when we filled the bath.It was nice that you don't have to press the buttons to turn it on or off, it just works automatically. It was a bonus that it also has a timer on it.Overall, we liked that it fit in with the other bath toys and it's nice to be able to make sure the bath is the right temperature and not too hot. For that peace of mind, it is a good value at this price.

I haven’t checked the accuracy with an actual thermometer but it feels like a super close approximation. The duck is cute and large enough to play with while still being useful in knowing water temperature. It’s thick and durable and seems like it will last through baby gnawing. Overall a decent toy that also doubles as a gauge. Would recommend

Sweet little rubber duckie with a cool purpose - or rather warm purpose. What a sweet little gift that would be great for a baby shower or other gift for those who are expecting or already have their special delivery. It is affordable and a traditional toy with an added purpose. Great idea.
