We live in a cheap apartment with drafty windows that make the winter time unbearable. We had tried those window covers that you use a hair dryer to heat and seal it but the window sills and wall materials just wouldn't hold them. Then we tried that sticky plastic but the windows were so big it was difficult to use and once they folded over onto themselves it was impossible to separate and huge pain. So this last winter I decided to try something different. I heard bubble wrap would make excellent window coverings and the little bubbles actually could serve as a kind of insulation. So I purchased this box and used them to cover my windows and they worked SO MUCH BETTER. They were easy to roll out, measure and cut (or tear) to the size I needed, and easy to tape over the windows and they provided good insulation and kept the cold winter air out and the warmed apartment air in. Definitely will buy for next winter as well, and probably until we can get a better apartment!

I purchased this because of the high ratings it got and I didn't want to waste time with other sub- quality bubble wrap. The price of the wrap actually went up since my purchase so I don't know if that is a reflection of the high ratings or the co. trying to make up money due to costs to manufacture the wrap. This wrap worked perfect and was easy to use as the perforated sections were easy to tear off and eliminated the need to cut. I used this to wrap furniture being moved to college for my child and it worked great!

I took a lot of time deciding between brands of bubble wrap, and wound up going with Duck Brand due to other reviews that I'd read. There were swaths of popped bubbles though the roll isn't as large as I thought it would be. Turns out 175' of bubble wrap just isn't that much. The perforations are strong enough not to tear when you're wrapping things, but easy enough to separate that you don't have to break out scissors to cut to the length that you need. The fact that they're every foot is really nice too, because that seems to be an appropriate length, neither too long nor too short.

Nice and strong. I have to say the best bubble wrap I used so far. We checked home hardware stores and the quality of the products they carried was poor. We ordered another one, that's how much we like it. Using it to pack dishes, pictures, anything that needs protection. Very fast shipping! Thank you, Amazon.

We used this to pack for a cross-country move, and we were very pleased! It is easy to handle, the perforations are easy to see and even easier to tear, but hold together well, too. One just needs to be cautious about wrapping large items as putting more pressure on one side of the roll than the other can cause the perforations to go. We used other brands of bubble wrap during the move, too, but this was by far the best! We were very happy with how far the roll went, too. At first, we were trying to be frugal with it, but we learned that being generous helped to protect our items better and there was plenty of bubble wrap on the roll.

If you need bubble back because you're moving and need to protect stuff or just want it to protect stuff you're mailing, you can't beat buying this bubble warp in bulk. You get a huge roll that will last a long time unless you use a lot, but even then it's amazing how far this roll of wrap goes. It's the standard small bubble wrap we're all used to, the quality is good, and the price is tons better than buying it in the store, even a bulk supply store. The roll makes it easy to cut off a piece to use, but you don't get a super big sheet of it, which could be an issue for some. But the product dimensions are clear so you know what you're getting. I strongly recommend buying this bubble wrap if you have a lot of stuff you need to protect or want to keep some on hand for a long time. Also, although the roll lasts a long time, it's relatively small in size - the roll keeps it neat and minimizes the space it takes. I was happy.
