I bought a chainsaw sharpener at an estate sale. It had no identification on it. The estate folks had marked it as a knife sharpener at a guess. It came with a box of chainsaw chains, so I figured that it was indeed a chainsaw blade sharpener. It came with a very worn blade, but it was enough to try it out, once I mounted it on a bench. The problem without an ID is that many places won’t give you the time of day, even with the old blade in hand. The measurements of the Duraaamo discs seem to fit the bill.Once they arrived, as I suspected, one bolted right up. It is a nice sharpening stone and cuts a heck of a lot better than the old disc. I haven’t done a complete chain yet, I am unable to get to the bench with the inserts in the top to mount it, but I seriously doubt that it will disappoint me! Without locking down the chain, I held the chain at the correct angle and I was able to do 4 cutters in row in just seconds. This sure beats the file method! (BTW: Just because I did some freehanded, I do not condone this. I could have just as easily sliced open my fingers. Just because some idiot did it on the Internet does not mean you should! That applies to EVERYTHING you see on the 'Net, not just my stupid antics.)5 stars for what turns out to be an excellent and economical sharpening disk. I am not allowed to name names, but this set of discs was barely more than a single at “So and So”. (BONUS: My sharpener appears to be the exact model in the seller’s photos. If so, it appears I got a great deal on a “knife sharpener.”)PS To those naysayers that think Vine reviewers get brownie points for giving away 5 stars, at least in my case, the item has to earn those stars.

This is the most common size I use with my chainsaw sharpener and it fits great and works great.
