Used this bar to hook to a cam for more torque on my snow chains. Great product

Initial quality is outstanding. I have used several times now and I don’t see how the tool trucks can stay in business anymore. This is something they would charge 3 to 4 times as much for. I want to buy American made/small business as much as possible, but the end of the day my bottom line is the most important one.

Needed a long wrench with fine adjustment for my trailer hitch that adjusts by tightening a bolt. This is absolutely perfect and makes my life a lot easier. Sure seems to be of high quality.

The long reach of the handle was great especially when the extra leverage is needed I liked the quick release on the top of the ratchet works good it’s a strong and useful tool

I haven't always had a power wrench for tough bolts like lugs or automotive framing struts and those bigger tools don't always fit in the space or in a quick carry bag. The value is certainly there for the price point and if it holds up well, a good companion to my 1/2" breaker bar. I tried to check in on the maximum torque rating of this rachet on the amazon listing and on the Duratech tools website. This 20" wrench isn't listed on their home website, so it must be a new addition. I came up empty on the max torque rating. I've removed a star for this because I think that most people would be picking this up to be a more functional substitute for breaker bar, but without listing its max torque rating, a customer's use case may not be met.The most common, I think, would be lug bolts/nuts. I put a deep 17mm 1/2" socket on the wrench and broke the lugs free on a wheel of my 2011 BMW Z4, lifted it on its jack point and loosened the lugs. I tightened them up to a good tightness, dropped it back on the ground and tightened it to 120Nm with a torque wrench. I appreciated the difference from a breaker bar to a ratchet for this use and the tool handled the, at most, 125Nm removal torque. I'm now used to power wrenches for such work, but breaker bars are only good for breaking the torque and not removing nuts/bolts while a ratchet that is designed for higher torque work can do both. The tool advertises its 90 teeth ratchet and it's probably important because the length of the tool at 24" amplifies the difference between ratcheting "clicks". I'm not sure I really care except that the clicks felt right for the length of the tool -- it didn't seem like I was hunting backward to find a click. I'm sure that the teeth count and the strength of the tool are related so hopefully they didn't' compromise too much max torque to get the ease of movement in the gearing. So, I'd recommend this tool as an inexpensive and useful addition to an automotive set. If you are going to have a high torque use case for this, I recommend testing it at that tightness before leaving it at the ready. Since the max torque isn't advertised, you're going to need to figure if it works for you before the return window disappears.
