Item arrived quickly and in great shape, with quality packaging. They were able to deliver the item quickly, whereas Iād been waiting for a major National brand to deliver this for months with no luck. Really pleased.

This Duravit sink came in the original box, untaped on the bottom (the four flaps folded over each other), rather crumpled, with no original packing material inside, and without the installation guide. It did have the mounting hardware. It also included a old shipping receipt from another seller, addressed to a buyer in a different state. This was all packed inside a larger box with custom foam corners and padding across the top, but the sink itself could flop around inside the old box. It did arrive undamaged, and looked unused. HOWEVER, there were rub marks on the porcelain near the top of the drain, which appeared to be from a drain pipe that had been test-fitted. As far as I could tell it appeared to be a genuine Duravit product.I don't mind buying a returned item, including one that might have some marks from a test fitting (which will be hidden by the drain). BUT, I expect that the item would be appropriately described. This particular item was priced about 20% or so below retail, which is why I jumped on it. It's genuine and undamaged despite shoddy packing. So, I feel misled and taken advantage of, but the price seems roughly equivalent to what I would have paid for a floor model. I guess I'll just grumble about it, write this review, and keep it.
