Duravit 1930 Series Single-Hole Handrinse Basin in White # 0785500000. In 1930, Adolf Loos celebrated his sixtieth birthday. It was on this day that the great architect and father of modernism coined a remarkable phrase: ”The culture of a people is revealed by the nature of its washing amenities and toilets.” An incontrovertible affirmation of the importance of uncompromising interior design in the bathroom. Perhaps it was in championing this cause that Duravit was inspired to create a toilet whose famous octagonal shape remains as modern today as it was 70 years ago.

Thought I was getting another Amazon deal on this sink, but it arrived with a chip and a long crack on the left side, and Amazon won't let me exchange it because the price has now shot up $65 and it's only sold by third-party sellers. Disappointed, as this will delay and increase the cost of my bathroom remodel. Wish there had been more quality control before it went out the door. Lovely sink. Will look for it from another seller. Just disappointed with QC.

We purchased this sink to fit into a 5 x 5 bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and closet!! The sink replaced a big sink original to the 1940's house. This sink is streamlined without being too small. It is also deep enough that the water does not splash out. It fits the house, and goes very nicely with a faucet we purchased...Moen Rothbury. Thanks to the other buyer for recommending the faucet. It is perfect!
