Great design but not so well made - after three years I have to replace this as the acrylic is super soft and has significant scratches and dings from pretty regular wear.I'm really bummed about the quality and not looking forward to the expense and hassle of having to tear it out and replace it.

I would say tub 5 stars, documentation 1 star, delivery 5 stars.We purchased this tub for the following reasons:-Quality smooth bottom tub with no ridges, bumps of any kind. Also a decent ergonomic backrest angle.-Reasonable price three seventy seven with free shipping.-The removable apron and shorter (than the normal 60 inch) length made it possible to install in a bathroom with a counter close to the tub. Also you can get to the underneath of the tub when it's in position.In practice I had to cancel the Amazon order because the delivery date changed to uncertain, the shipping from the new supplier was great Faucetdirect.com and the tub arrived in a 6 ft X 3ft X 2ft Duravit box strapped to a 6ft long pallet with one strap. The driver helped move it to the porch, but don't count on that!The tub was face down with no packing at all but arrived in pristine condition.I ordered the drain/overflow and the front apron. The apron is a flimsy piece of plastic.The plumber had problems understanding the assembly drawings, but did it and it took longer. They are not as good as Ikea instructions by a long shot. Overall a great tub.

Well, my bathtub arrived today via FedEx Freight. It arrived laying top down laying on cardboard, on a pallet held on with a vinyl strap. The cardboard wrapped around the lip. Much of the exposed edge is only protected with adhesive plastic sheet. The only thing included was the multi-language instruction manual that is all pictures.IMPORTANT!!! Make sure that Duravit part #790133 comes with your tub. It is the support frame that goes under the tub during installation.As of now I'm giving this four stars. Mostly because the tub appears to have a great finish, is quite sturdy and lighter than expected. It it had been packed completely and provided better instructions it would be five stars.Duravit has been extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, has been very communicative and customer service driven. They shipped the missing part directly after Faucets and More dropped the ball after a month of emailing.Duravit customer service ...A+++Faucets and More customer service...thumbs down.

I had been price shopping around for this tub and this was by far the best. I was honestly weary when I saw the description had noted "distressed." However, I decided to give it a chance and return it if it wasn't what I had expected. Furthermore, it didn't note whether it came with the support or anchors. It took me a few days of back and forth with this vendor to verify it does indeed come along with all the accessories.Once it arrived, I inspected it top to bottom, front to back, and left to right. It was immaculate, and came with the support as promised, but no anchors. I contacted the vendor and they apologized profusely and the anchors came in record time. The whole experience with this vendor was positive. If there are any other fixtures I need, I will definitely want to work with them again.

The finish is as described and as pictured. The bathtub looks very high end and for the price, it's better than anything I have seen at home depot.Packaging was great. You do need to be available for signing off on the delivery.
