Easy to work with. Cuts easy enough with a good knife. Molds and stretches for a great fit. Excellent adhesive. . .and that's just the installation. Superior noise reduction, I don't hear the road, and the sound stays in the car. No smell once the installation was finished. Excellent coverage. Surprisingly thin, fits great under all the panels.

Everyone tells me I am crazy for spending so much when you can get cheaper products. Dynamat is worth every penny. I now have it in two vehicles. Easy to install, easy to spread and to get it into tight areas. Can even pull up and adjust before rolling it. Friend tried the cheaper route and it all became a sticky mess. Very pleased with dynamat.

This is the best just ordered more to do the rest of the doors and some of the floor of my truck. I also used this to kill the drone in my mustang the trunk floor is covered and now it sounds better ( empty trunks are really noisy for road noise and exhaust tone )

really good sound barrier however very very thin. i did use about 3 layers plus a layer of extremeworks well in the 1942 Plymouth to quiet downthe toad noise.

Works good just like all of dynamats products half the weight and thickness of the original sticks well you dont need to cover a panel to make it work it a small peice will make a difference good stuff

I've used this to line the boot floor of my TVR due to having an ACT exhaust that is quite loud on long journeys. I tested with a decibel meter prior to fitting and after and there was a 5db difference which is very noticeable to the human ear when your in the car. I'm very impressed with the product, it is tricky to work with when working on contoured surfaces but I would highly recommend this and have already recommended to my friends.

Hard to compare to the silver stuff really as I have never seen anyone use the silver in moderation, 100% coverage always and usually with pictures to prove it. Since I was using MLV as well as CCF I opted for the lighter stuff so no side by side comparison. I used the recommended 25-30% coverage in combination with MLV and CCF and reduced my exhaust note, which was turned into a thunderous boom by my hatchback, by a solid 8 dB. The stuff all works together so I doubt I can really state how beneficial it was by itself. It was easy to apply and turned tinny clangy metal panels into dull thuds... that's about all it is supposed to do.
