Delivery: don’t complain- this is a big ass item that requires an LTL (less than truckload) delivery company. The communication wasn’t great but sign up for e-mail alerts. The driver was awesome and put the pallet right in my garage.Assembly: Surprisingly fast. 3 adults to unpack, hold up walls and connect took leas than an hour. The little fiddly parts were already done for you, its essentially 6 major pieces. Everything arrived in great shape and packaged well.Function: Works as advertised, get my sweat and relax on. Added a few accessories like back rests, bench cushions, etc. But so far loving it!

I put together in a 30 minute period with help. I have used it 3 times a week since purchased. Only problem I have is my Iphone overheats inside of unit when set at 135 degrees. I like to listen to music.

Bought this Sauna in October. SIde panel on the right is spliting in a couple places. I'm going to contact the company by phone tomorrow. No place to contact them on there website, by email or through Amazon directly.I'll update after I see what they will do to make it right.

Like all aspects except overall measurements. I constructed a built in location based on shown measurements. Upon arrival, I discovered that it was slightly wider than advertised. The top is wider than base. Took rebuilding modifications to install otherwise installation would been quicker. Also, item was quite tall and was vertically palletized so it was difficult to unstrap without danger. Sound system is old generation but sounds good. Otherwise, quite pleased with operation. Definitely need two people to construct.
