I ordered this item only to receive the correct package , the wrong pull/spin combo!! I contacted Best Service Stores immediately. I explained the issue( really very simple and easy to understand)Liz Riddle responded with a robotic ,hair brained response that she had checked with the manufacturer. The manufacturer stated that what I had received was correct item by the part #. I tried again to explain that I had surely received the correct part PACKAGE with the correct bar code and part number but containing the incorrect part! I also sent pictures to help her understand!!(duh no sensible response still!) I received a final response that stated that a copy of their return policy was attached and that she " would no longer be able to assist me further with this issue.)They sent me the wrong product in the right package and basically told me it is my issue!!I have to pay to return the wrong product? If you would like to have the worst customer service experience possible then go ahead and order, but I warned you!
