I have a welder and cutting tools to make it work. Still twice the price as a standard exhaust clamp.

This will keep your pipe from hitting the cross member. The old hook corroded away from the pipe. Using this can save your old pipe. I ground away the rest of the hook from the pipe before installing

Purchased this as an existing hanger for a 99 XJ. Utilized the original hole in the transfer case mount. Hold the exhaust as intended.

Worked alright for a while, doesn't really fit my 94 xj but I was able to make it work. Recently after about two and a half years of use the hanger part fell right off, clamp parts seems okay. I can't find a replacement though so I'll probably be buying it again.

This worked out great! I did need to heat the hanger up and adjust it a bit, but it's not vehicle specific so I don't expect it to be perfect. Highly recommend.

Needed to replace a bracket that was not available for a 2005 Jeep Cherokee. The fit was perfect and there is no longer a rattle from the exhaust dangling.

Title says it all... not for Jeep ZJ 1997 TSI... Not much else to read if you are not looking to mod it, so stop reading. If you are having issues finding a suitable one... well, this is my story.I have a ZJ 97 and the original hanger rod it came with was a 1/2" diameter. Unlike this unit here was designed for... my set-up runs in the front to back direction for the rod, but the tube has to pass at an angle. However, the tailpipe I purchased was listed for my ZJ, but it was a very XJ style hanger. I could not find a long enough or proper angled to weld on so I decided to use this one the... Dynomax hanger which is close. Although this Dynomax hanger is listed as a "wrong for my Jeep", it was a good starting point to cut and fit to my ZJ model Jeep. For instance the Walker tailpipe I purchased is 3/8" rod... too small and it is the left to right direction, in fact, most I was finding were 3/8" and too short after the bend or too short after you bend it around the tailpipe. To get the Dynomax to fit I did need a little help from my Dremel and metal saw to undo the out of the box setup and a MIG welder. The angle you are most likely to need is about a 20 to 30 degrees turn outward. Based on the hanger arm facing away from you and so you are looking at it from the front to back view and you are moving it to the right...of course, I would advise you check this on the ZJ rather than take my word for it. The corrected hanger works and actually was easy to fine tune snug up to the rubber bushing and therefore no rubbing.I might pick up an extra hanger for the future know what the New England salt will do to this one.

The 2.5" hanger works perfectly before the cat on my Cherokee, keeping the exhaust from bouncing into the crossmember. This essentially replaced the stock hanger in that location, which always fails on older Cherokees. $20 very well spent, but be sure you use GOOD copper anti-seize on those bolts or you'll never get the hanger off!!(edited--broke after 3-4 months, see comment below)
