2 hooks on one line looped in the middle. Hook has no eye to tie on a different line. Possibly the biggest waste of money out there. Do not buy.

Size 20 hook has zero issues catching even the tiniest of panfish. Loop and knots are strong for their intended purpose.Yes it comes in two hooks on one line with a little loop. This is great as I put bread on one and Tiny plastic on the other. Am able to catch fish very quickly! I go for 6-10 Bluegills to use as bait for the day and this rig gets me done with that in less than 15 minutes.You can also cut one of the hooks and use it solo. This helps reduce tangling issues and the knot for the little loop still holds.
