I have precious cargo when I use these E-track tie-downs. I use them to haul my motorcycle. The spring loaded lever DO NOT spring back and lock in place when you install the tie-downs to the track. I installed 6, 4 came lose from the track because the spring loaded lock did not lock it in place.
