This Dragonfly Acrylic Router Templates, Woodworking Router Templates, 5mm Thick Router Inlay Template, Router Jig Woodworking Craft Tracing Guide Tool is pretty much useless for cutting inlays with a router. The smallest outside diameter of the smallest guide bushing or flush trim router bit that I know of doesn't come close to fitting past the skinniest parts of this template. I believe this template was designed more for maybe just drawing the particular design onto your work piece and not as a router inlay template as stated in the description.

I like these router templates. The acrylic material makes a great guide for a router flush trim bit or a bushing guide.Unfortunately, some channels in this guide are less than a 1/4" wide. My smallest guide bushing has a 3/8" diameter and smallest flush trim bit is 1/4". A key place you can't access with your router is the beak. Additionally, the lower branch is less than 1/4" near the middle. The bottom feathers are also too narrow for the router to capture the image.This forced me to widen narrow spots on the acrylic template using a band saw and Dremel. After routing inside the widened template, I had to cut out the beak, and feathers with a Dremel which risks cutting into the template.My recommendation is to design templates that fit standard routing bushing guides and flush trim bits. If you're using this in another fashion disregard. My cutout looks good but it took quite a bit longer to create.
