I bought this for my grandson but ended up keeping it for myself. The scent is refreshing and pleasant and I spray it on my pillow cases & sheets about an hour before bed.

It smells great for a few minutes and then disappears. Doesnt seem to help calm baby when bedtime or a peaceful sleep. Honestly waste of money.
