Very cheaply made. Have had it for less than a month and the whiteboard part is already bubbled. Do not recommend.

I purchased one prior to the one I now have, and it arrived with one of the legs broken. I returned it, and purchased one of the same design. One of those legs broke. It split from where the screw-peg goes in, all the way to the bottom. It wasn't too tight, nor was it even being abused by my grandkids. Infact, it wasn't even in use at the time. My daughter folded it up, and had it put aside for awhile as her kids had gotten bored with it. One of them bumped into it and it fell over, and that's all it took. I do not recommend this product, and would return it, except the time expired a couple of days ago.

After looking at numerous easels, I picked this one based upon reviews. It’s sturdy and was very easy to assemble. It comes with upper & lower case alphabets, numbers, magnets, magnetized eraser and a ruler. It’s not as large as the Melissa & Doug easel, but is still a good size and has the extra items listed. It is also $20 less than the M&D easel. The quality is very close. I am pleased with the purchase. Our 2 year old grandson loves it.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my 2.5 y/o daughter and 18 month old son and they love it. Easel is sturdy and keeps my little ones busy.

As someone who's a self-proclaimed expert Ikea furniture assembler, this was a breeze to assemble. What's great about this easel is the non-slip foot covers which differ from another model that I used to have that would slide on the hardwood floor. Such a small detail that makes or breaks the functionality of such a product.Once setup, well, kids can do whatever they want on it which is boosts their creativity. Mine love to colour and paint, so this is definitely used regularly.Considering how solid the construction is with solid (pine) wood and not MDF or some other lower grade wood based product, this is fairly priced for what you get and definitely a nice gift to do for someone who has young kids.
