This wooden door hanger is absolutely adorable! It's made of thin, lightweight particleboard with a jute rope hanger securely stapled into the back, which is unfinished but smooth, with no rough edges or sharp pointy areas to mar your door or wall.The design itself is entirely printed/laminated onto the wood and is vibrant, smooth, well adhered, and mine is flawless. I have made wooden door hangers, beginning with sanding the plywood rounds, staining them, creating and cutting vinyl stencils, masking and painting, correcting problems, adhering hangers, etc. and it's a pain in the butt (and quite expensive with the materials cost). This lovely door hanger is currently priced at $10 and is worth every penny. I am more impressed with the quality than I expected to be and am very happy with how bright and cheerful it looks hanging on my front door.
