These pants looking amazing and are great quality. My daughter is 9, 51in tall and about 55 lbs. Her waist size put her needing a small. The small was basically a perfect snug fit. Her zipper did not stay up while she was playing unfortunately. A medium was better zipper wise for her, but very baggy on her legs. Fit right under the knee as expected.

Great softball pants but the they run small. Didn't even come close to fitting. Didn't get returned in time so I guess we will be donating them to the little league program

I used the measurements in the product picture as a guide and bought a Youth Small for my petite 10 year old. Other than being a little baggy in the leg and the waist a bit loose (she's very tiny), the pants fit and look great on my daughter. She is 49 1/2" tall, 19" waist, and weighs 52 pounds. The pants end right below her knee. They are soft and comfortable. The fabric is just the right thickness to protect, but breathable to help her stay cool while playing. I really like they have Scotchgard protection too. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase, my daughter likes them too and we would definitely recommend these to others. Just make sure to measure your daughter first, and you've selected the Youth sizes for younger girls.

Size is way off. Not even close. I had checked the sizing prior to order but wish I had read all the other reviews. So disappointing.

Ignore the bad reviews. They are ALL about size, which is the BUYERS/SELLERS fault, not the fault of the pants. The product title should be "Easton Girls YOUTH Mako Pant".The sizes are Perfectly Correct, IF YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE between "GIRLS Sm Med Lg" and "YOUTH Sm Med Lg".These are YOUTH sizes. No, they wont fit your teenager correctly unless she's petite. The Small is perfect for my just-turned-5 year old (who is 46 pounds 44 inches) and will be snug in 1-2 seasons. The Medium pair I bought will be perfect in a couple of seasons. Both sizes are very well made with double-thick material in the right places. The Medium is a bit higher quality the the Small and has silicon ribs around the inside of the waist to help keep shirts tucked in right.I coach softball and soccer and have experience with running, Road bike and BMX racing. These pants are higher quality than most any other I've bought for teams or worn as a player.Side note on the sizing; I had a woman managing my girls 6U Softball team that made the opposite mistake most of the complainers here have made. The uniforms only came in "Girls" not "Youth" S, M, and L. The team wore baggy uniforms because She picked them out of a catalog not understanding that we needed Youth sizes. Youth Sm, Med, Lg fit most 5-10 year olds. Girls sizes will fit teenagers who are not yet big enough for Adult sizes.Easton knows what they are doing, and they know the difference in the size/shape needs between Little girls, Big girls, and Adult Women. When making a purchase that counts, Always check out the manufacturers site before trusting a middle-man's product description. That said, I bought these pants for 19.99 each pair during an Amazon Deal of the Day, but I'd pay 40-50 for them anytime my girl needs another pair.

Well made pant, but runs very small. My daughter normally wears a large in under armor ball pants. I would say this large fits more like a Med or even small. She could even zip.

I ordered a medium and a large for my 12 year old daughter so she could try both on and see which fit. The picture on the discription shows the pants go down past your knees, my daughter couldn't even get them past her shin. They look like sliding pants, if she could get them on they wouldn't go past her mid-thigh. : ( The picture shows the pants, they are the length of two flip flops

Pants are made well. The legs are shorter than usual and barely cover the tops of socks. My daughter is pretty small, can't imagine what they would be like on someone of average height.
