Product appears to be made well and I should be able to buy the missing hardware locally for a few $. But, I should not have to do this, thus the lower rating.

The fit was perfect to my 5000 pound axle hardware that was previously damaged. It was great having all the necessary parts in one box and that the fitment was so good. Recommend!
