This is what was used for Darth Vader's cape chain in the original trilogy....amazing for cosplay. I have way too much but can't beat the price.

Not only does it hold up trees and bushes and what not. It also bundels things. Finally the real reason I bought it was for my Vader costume. This is the correct cape chain for Darth Vader.

Used it for tying up fragile trees in my yard. It's strong and works great. Hard to find in stores after season, bought it cheaper on line.
