Tube fittings are components used for connecting, branching, terminating, and changing the direction of tubing in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. They are made of brass, stainless steel, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and other materials that resist corrosion and wear. Tube fittings have various types of connections, including threaded, welded, barbed, and push-to-connect (also called one-touch). Push-to-connect connections do not require tools or sealants. Tube fittings are used in various applications, including machine tools, airplane and truck controls, and automated production lines, among others.

Eaton manufactures electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical power equipment. The company, founded in 1911, is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

Now the vacuum hose does not stick straight out the side of the machine anymore, but points to the back or the bottom, so I can put the pump under the dryer in the cart. Great addition. I don't know why Harvest Right does not sell these as an option.

We have a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer against a wall and walk past it all the time. This allows the vacuum hose to be out of the way and not easily bumped, sharply bent or kinked. One thing you might consider adding would be a copper flare washer to ensure a good seal against the male end on the freeze dryer and so the flare face doesn't get nicked or damaged.Search: Parker 2GF-12-pk10 45 Degree Fitting, Flare, Flare Gasket, Brass, 3/4"Here's a link... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075CL7QFK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

I'm using two of these so I can put my pump for my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer under the freeze dryer on the same cart. They work perfectly for that purpose.

I have used this to change the angle of my vacuum hose that comes with my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer.
