Direct swap with the factory fan motor. The original one I had was completely seized. As another reviewer had mentioned, cables that came with this one were a tad longer than factory, but not an issue after bundling the slack with a zip tie. Connector plugged in with ease.

Used this to replace part number EAU64843805 in an LG refrigerator. Works well. Fit in the original space. Cord is longer than original part but it plugs into same receptacle.
