The first battery i received developed a charging problem. I reached out to customer service and explained the problem i was having with the battery. Customer service asked me to perform a few easy tests on the battery and the tests took about a day or two to do. When i gave customer service the results of the tests, they determined there was a problem with the battery and with in two days they sent me a new battery that i have had no problems with. My emails to customer service were answered in less then 24hrs. I am very happy with my battery and my experience with customer service and i am telling my friends to buy from this company.

The accessories are complete and the packaging is solid. I installed it on my electric scooter to restore the range of my electric scooter when I first bought it. So far it has been running well, the voltage is stable, and there have been no problems.

The battery came super fast and was packed really well for safe shipping. It fits perfectly on my 48V ebike, and the seller was awesome when I had any questions. Plus, the rapid charger that came with it is a game changer - cuts down on charging time big time. Overall, I'm stoked with this purchase and would totally buy from this seller again.

I ordered the battery for an upcoming trip. Sadly, the battery did not take a charge. GLADLY, the company was VERY responsive, and sent me a replacement- OVERNIGHT ! The new battery takes a charge and soon I will be off on my trip. I expect to buy an additional battery soon.This is an excellent company ! Les - Western Minnesota

This battery was amazing for a good 4 cycles. After that it did not hold a charge. It was around 5 days when it stopped working.Update: The seller is sending me a replacement battery and the support of this product appears to be amazing!

If it doesn't fit you can't return it and when you try you'll only be offered half your money back and when you call customer service they send you message saying they can't refund you either it's ridiculous don't waste your time or your money on this I'm out of 250$ for a battery I can even use

Purchased back in august, the battery was slowly degrading over the last couple months. It got to the point where I could barely get 10 miles on a full charge.After contacting the vendor, they felt the battery was not performing to their standards and offered to replace it.New battery is going strong.
