NOTE

  • If your factory thread size is different Need to purchase a set of open end lug nuts in the correct thread pitch (your factory thread pitch) to complete the installation
  • Your Factory wheel studs may extend past the surface of the wheel spacers. In this case you will need to:
  • 1) Shorten the factory studs
  • 2) The wheels need to have the open slots (cavities) between mounting holes.
  • 3) Purchase a set of shorter studs and replace them with the factory studs.

How well These will hold up over time I don’t know, but as far as first impressions they fit fine and great price. Also when I input my atv into Amazon for fitment it says these will not fit my atv(2016 Polaris Ace 900 SP)well that is wrong, these will fit.I had bought some others that Amazon said would fit my Ace,and they had exact same specs as these,so I took a chance on these fitting even though Amazon said they wouldn’t, and I was right, they do fit.But the acorn nuts that come with these are a little big and would not screw all the way on,I was lucky and had smaller acorn nuts on hand that worked

Make sure your atv wheel studs are long enough or purchase them so you can put these on right away.... one inch lugs we’re not long enough I ordered 1.4 inch which fit perfect.

For the money I was hoping for better, but they do there job. I just had to fix all 4 spacers were .010- .035” out of Square and warped. Just had to knock out the studs and re-facemill both sides true to each other. I used these to adapt Polaris ranger wheels to my sportsman 500, please note this will not work with these unless you mill off the ID wheel hub lock ring, and mill out the counterbore for the acorn nuts to be flat bottoms. The ID hub hole for rangers is smaller than the sportsman, not to mention the sportsman used 3/8-24 studs with a 4-156 pattern that used flat bottom nuts, and the ranger uses 12mmx1.5 studs with a 4-156 pattern that uses acorn nuts. But if you have a machine shop you can makes these work for you, and it’s cheaper than making them yourself.

Worked perfectly on 2008 RZR 800! You will need a very thin walled socket. I had 3 different brands and one worked.

Several of the holes on these were too narrow for any of my socket sets ended up just about trashing them trying to make them fit. Some of the holes accommodated my sockets just fine. So at best i’d say these are inconsistent with quality control.
