It installed as should, So far so good. Only been in for a couple of weeks, and everythings good for now. Time will tell.

It was a direct replacement as far as fit and easy installation. It is as worn after 10 months as the 20 year old unit it replaced on my 2001 B4000.

Seems to be good. Installed two days ago, light click at the start as the greese worked in, quiet now.The box it came in was destroyed, with tape literally everywhere holding it together. The three braces were missing from the package, as most of the contense of the box could be viewed from the neighbors house, so I reused the old ones. It clearly had a very very rough time getting here, and someone tried to fix it with Scott tape, or they sent it like that. Either way it's a giant piece of metal, hard to hurt it.I'll update it if goes out unexpectedly or anything, but honestly it seems fine right now.

This works great with our 03 Ford Ranger 4X4. It was easy to assemble and install. We have used it recently and noticed that our truck's 4X4 ability works great! Going to purchase a spare real soon.***UPDATE 02/03/2021***We took our truck out to use the 4 wheel drive and the rubber gasket already broke open. It was easy to apply to our truck but the quality of the gasket doesn't last before breaking. Now we have to order another one because once the gasket broke we could hear the clicking noise again. Not happy about the quality of 2nd most important part which keeps the bearings lubricated. Returning this part ASAP.
