Ordered on a Wednesday night and received it quickly on a Friday. Only took about 45 minutes to install. Hardest part was getting the lock ring off and reinstalling it, but it wasn't terrible. Comes with a new o-ring and the Pump was a direct fit replacement. Seems to be working great so far. Car fired right up and fuel gauge is reading correctly. Hopefully it withstands the test of time.

The orginal pump didn't fail after 110K miles, only the plastic material of the lid did. This one was a perfect replacement. As It turned out , it better to replace right and left pumps together instead of doing them one at a time. After doing this one, I found that right pump material also failed when I filled the tank.I changed the rating to 4 stars from 5 star. When I reopened the pump to install left pump, I found that the gasket expanded and became too big to seal properly. I had to reuse the old gasket to seal it. Obviusly the new gasket material wasn't right and was affected by gasoline or ethanol.

My 2008 Chrysler 300 3.5L is a great car but it has 180,000 miles on it now and things are starting to wear out. The fuel pump was the latest major problem I have had with it. I was at the gas station I had already pumped my gas and I started the car up everything seemed fine I needed air in my tire too so I pull in front of air pump and get out put air the tires and when I get back in the car the engine had died. I go to restart it and nothing I tried a few more times to get it started and still nothing. It turns out to be the fuel pump and 300’s have two. The mechanic I took it to said if I buy the parts he would install it for a hundred dollars. So I saved like 300$ by buying the parts on Amazon and they work great no more problems for now….

It was messy and uncomfortable working on this part of the car, it dosent include detailed instructions but it's easy enough to install after watching a youtube tutorial.
