Arrived missing all the bolts that are needed to assemble the rack. Also missing the casters used to roll it around. Didn't notice until the return window was closed. Very disappointing.

The delivery arrived a week before it was supposed to, so that was nice. I use this to help with harvesting weed. I'm able to rack 6-8 large branches at a time onto this and roll them to the shed to dry. These branches are much heavier than any clothes would be, so it's more than sturdy enough for any clothing or coats.

Cheap product, not as advertised I was very disappointed.I would never order from these sellers again.Very cheap. Also the parts were used and missing.

Item is easy to put together and is very sturdy however the top bar is uneven due to holes being off by 1/4 " on 1 side but other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

I used this clothes rack to hang all of my daughters clothes such as: dresses and blouses. This is a heavy duty garment rack and I think the price is reasonable. I returned the one that Econoco company send me because it is exactly the same one that I received. I talked to the manager of the Econoco company regarding the screw that was supposed to be attached at the rack which were very small. The manager was very cooperative and understood my complaint and he was very pleasant to deal with. He suggested that I take a picture of the clothes rack and send it to him through e-mail. I did not do what he asked of me because my husband decided to fix it himself and also I desperately need this clothes rack. It is not Econoco company's fault, it is the fault of the Chinese manufacturer who made this product that did not do right. Over all I am happy with this product.

I am pleasantly surprised with this rack, after looking for days, this was the only one I liked enough to order. It didn't look cheap and it didn't have those ugly bent vertical rails.I got it in the mail in under 4 business days and it took me maybe 15 minutes to out together ( I'm in my early 20's and not in the slightest bit handy). What I love about this rack is that it's so sturdy, it comes with screws and little attachments to tighten the screws and the two bars at the bottom really reinforce the sturdy frame. I was able to fit a third of my closet on it which is saying a lot and they are not all light clothes. Granted I don't have winter coats on it but some of my items are heavy. It looks sleek and fits in a nice corner, I won't be moving it around too much but for the short distance that I did with all the clothes in the picture on it, it moved well. I highly recommend it, I am a little upset that it went on sale after I ordered it but I could always order a second if need by but I highly recommend it and it's incredibly sturdy!
