So after a year of waiting to get this installed, it was installed to my spa by a plumber and connected by an electrician Neither was cheap. And it failed to provide any heat I spent hours on the phone waiting to get someone to assist on the warranty repair and then replaced the heater coil as instructed myself. That didn’t work, so I went back to the phone cue and was told to check the flow valve Well, that requires dismantling and destroying the plumbing connections so I am now having to rehire a plumber to disconnect the unit to “test” the flow. I asked why they couldn’t just send another unit or allow me to send this unit back for repair and was informed they will only send parts that the customer has to replace. I would not have bought this unit if I would have known it was something I would have to become a spa installer to make it work or repair. Don’t make the same mistake

Heater was professionally installed last year and it worked well for a month to heat a 12 feet round pool up to 29-30°C at the end of August to beginning of September. It was removed and stored inside the house over the winter. When it was reattached this year it worked for a few days and after that it stopped working and it never started again. Very low quality product, don't buy!

Worked great the first year but was broken when tried the next season. Called support, did the self troubleshooting and was told they would not cover repair because didn't register warranty even though they had the serial and when it was purchased. Worst company to deal with.

My tub is about 400 gallons, cinder block and stucco, partly below ground. The heater heated the pool about 25 degrees in 5 hours so quite a bit faster than advertised. I only just started using it but so far it works great.

Great product for small pools or spas. We needed a low amp heater for our 500 gallon spa. The first time it took about 4 hours to heat the water from 88 to 104. You just set it once and walk away. It turns off and on by sensing water flow in the pipes. Now I have the pump timed to go on at 8am and flow at a low speed throughout the day.Unfortunately, I have to amend my review on 10/18/2023 After working perfectly for almost three years it suddenly died. Probably not going to buy this one again.

El equipo es muy bonito y estético al lado de mi jacuzzi de 1 m3 pero no puedo controlar la temperatura, viene calibrado a 140°F y no hay forma de aumentar o disminuir la temperatura. Calienta muy bien y rápido pero no se puede ajustar. El Servicio a Clientes del fabricante nunca contesta.! No lo recomiendo.

Am glad we came across this for our jacuzzi outdoor spa. It heats up pretty fast and stays hot 🔥. Easy to install and knowing the temperature on the screen is a big plus.

This doesn’t work and has been challenging and time consuming to troubleshoot. If you are silly enough to buy it after the other negative reviews (as I was) definitely be prepared to test it right away (we were still building our plunge pool, so it took a while to finally install and test it) and return it right away if it looks like it isn’t working vs trying to troubleshoot... it seems like this product has some serious quality control or design issues.The temperature display and control don’t work on outs (only shows OFF or 105 doesn’t let you adjust the temp) and it trips the (appropriately sized) breaker constantly.. which my electrician tells me is due to some fault with the heater vs the electric set up.The support people at the company were nice enough and said the unit I got probably had a faulty controller and sent me a replacement, but after the replacement arrived it looks like a controller board for a completely different product... now I am back to trying to get them to send me the right part again to try to get it working.The installation and troubleshooting process has taken so long that it now puts me past the return window for this product, which never worked to begin with! I wish I had regarded the other negative reviews and purchased a different heater to begin with... I could have bought one more than twice this price given the time and cost associated with installation and troubleshooting a broken product.
