Was easy enough to install. Plastic seems like basic ABS without fiberglass reinforcement, so could lead to easy breakage and warping if overheated. Pretty good for the price though.

I purchased this primary clutch cover hoping it would fit my Polaris 425 4 x 4 Magnum 1995. It fits perfectly all the bolt holes lined up perfectly, I used my old bolts as they were in good condition. The old OEM cover has been rubbing on the clutch for the better part of 20 years, the rubbing noise was quite annoying. No more rubbing. Very happy customer.

This fit well over the primary clutch and resolved my issue of the clutch rubbing on the cover but the vent pipe does not align and is much smaller in diameter than OEM. Very disappointed by that and now have to find a coupler to make it fit!

The new cover fit great and mounted to the back plate without an issue. The noise of the clutch hitting the old, deformed cover went away and the machine is back to new. I've had it on for a couple of weeks now and tested in the woods, water, and mud of hunting to include cold weather. No issues so far.
