This table is ideally suited for young children. I acquired it for the children at my daycare, but upon inspection, I discovered that the package had been opened. I informed the delivery driver that I could not accept the item, as it seemed to have been previously used. My primary concern was the health and safety of the children in my care; I did not want to expose them to any potential risks associated with a second-hand table.Accepting a product that has been tampered with poses not only a safety hazard but also a significant risk to my business. I have always been advised to reject any items that show signs of having been opened or altered, so it was an easy decision to ask the delivery driver to return the package to its origin.In a daycare setting, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment is paramount, and I take this responsibility very seriously. The well-being of the children is my top priority, and I must be vigilant about the products I allow into my facility. Therefore, I felt it was necessary to refuse the delivery and seek a replacement that meets the required standards of safety and cleanliness.
