Purchased 5 of them. The wheels that were packaged two to a package had some shipping damage to the paint on the lips. Discount tire said two of the 5 wheels were hard to balance but that was typical of steel trailer wheels. Coating was pretty good, obviously no prep work was done between welding and paint/powder coat but that is expected at $60 each. I had quoted getting my existing white wheels black and it was actually cheaper just to buy these new black wheels. Fit my pj car hauler just fine.

Had to return because the package only came with one wheel and I paid for two. The one that did arrive had weld splatter on it. Decided to buy a different brand not made in China.
