I bought an Eddie Bauer sling pack years ago because my right shoulder began hurting. The weight of my purse was too much. I tried the shoulder pack and all was well until the pack fabric gave up to my abuse. The new EB fabric is great and will hopefully last several decades.

I specifically ordered the black bag because I liked the logo better than the logo on the other colors. The black bag has a different logo than what was displayed. The bag is very thin.

I did not noticed on the pictures, but the opening is on the opposite side that I am used to. not a big deal, just to be aware. it is very thin material, not sure if it will last for long but I like the size and the style.

My husband used a large sized backpack and it became uncomfortable on his shoulder. This pack is much easier for him to carry on his shoulder for daily trips.

The bag itself is pretty small, as is the strap compartment. The strap is also pretty short - I let it out as far as it could go and the bag rose way too high on me . Returned.
