Not the correct female thread. Male side was fine, checked it on the hose end before attempting to install on the fuel pump. It went about two turns and bound up. Applied a bit of pressure to see if it was just a rough spot or burr and had to back it off so I didn’t trash the fitting on my brand new fuel pump. Should have ordered the Earl’s part in the first place listed in the instructions for the pump but didn’t want to wait on Holley. Fast forward three days and I’m now ordering the part I should have in the first place with the garage space still tied up. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

At the time of sale, the description said Edelbrock. This is not Edelbrock. It's Russel branded which is an Edelbrock company

Love the product. Don't like that Amazon has price gouged for it. Look around I found them for 10 bucks plus shipping elsewhere. If you need it fast amazon. If you can wait order elsewhere

It has the counterbore necessary to accommodate the tube end extending beyond the O-ring on the male connector on a GM fuel line; however, the counterbore diameter of 0.415" is large compared to the 0.358" version that I got from NAPA. As the O-ring gets axially compressed, and there needs to be a mechanism to limit its compression, other than by limiting the tightening torque. This mechanism is the bottoming of the tube end in the counterbore of limited depth: this depth is greater than the one in the NAPA part, 0.176" compared to 0.135"; at a later time, I will compare these with GM's own design, the next time I take such a connection apart on my 1989 Chevy Astro; I will then also measure the dimensions of the fuel filter's counterbore, if any.My first hard-anodized aluminum alloy fitting: very lightweight, compared to brass, yet as strong. I also bought the fitting that mates with it perfectly from the same manufacturer, which is also available from Edelbrock (P/N 648060) on Amazon.

I bought 2 cause I thought both lines needed it since I was doing a LS swap from a factory tbi motor. One fit perfectly but the second line did not. I learned later on the return line is a different size. Other than that it worked perfectly.no leaks was able to convert gas lines to an6 fitting
