I didn't get an appropriate seal for the steering output shaft seal. However I've tried other manufactures and still end up with the same seal.

This seal kit will not fit a 1985 CJ-7 steering box

right seal for a 97 jeep wrangler but the seal is not as thick as the old one. make sure you tape the splines on the input shaft before sliding them through the seal.
