...but I don't understand why there's 12 thin pads of paper instead of 6 thicker pads. You're supposed to gift 2 pads of paper in each plastic gift bag, but my question is why? It makes no sense to me to have 2 thin pads. If whoever receives this little notepad gift set wants to have 2 thin pads of note paper like these instead of one thicker one they could easily rip a thicker pad in two. But I highly doubt anyone would.I have worked side by side with teachers in the classroom and know that space is at a premium when it comes to a teacher's desktop. And all teachers like to have one nice sized self adhesive pad of notes on their desk since they use a lot of them on a daily basis. Having two thin pads makes no sense to me. It may sound like a silly thing to mention, but I only mention it as a practicality.The description mentioned the pad being placed in a book, if so then maybe hence the thinness. But again, to me that idea also sounds a bit far fetched. I have never known anyone placing a notepad of any thickness inside a book, especially a teacher. They use bookmarks, and normally more than one.All of that aside, this is a cute idea, as I can't think of any teacher ever having enough small notepads, self adhesive or otherwise. And the pen is an added, thoughtful bonus. So would this set be appreciated? Yes. It's the thought that counts.
