I bought this Battle Rope back in August. Most would spend their money on a traditional Battle Rope. I would really urge you to give this rope a try. Having resistance gives you so many more variations than a traditional Battle Rope. You can actually work your whole body and also do Sprint thrusts which is a great finish to any intense workout. Resist confirming to a traditional Battle Rope and give this a try!
