This little machine is awesome! Only a week in using, but I feel it is improving my self being. Easy and relaxing to do. No problems what's so ever. I am 72 with minor ailments and this is not giving me any problems, only positive vibes!

Not all parts are in the box. It has a seat to attach so I can do exercises while sitting but no handles to attach as shown in picture that I ordered/also states in manual with product should be there but its not.Editing this review since the company sent me the parts needed to use the product I purchased, now. Appreciated how quickly I received the respobse to my email and how the parts were sent to me rapidly as well.

Love my Ellison vibration plate. I have owned it going on almost 2 years. The relief I feel in my legs after using it is remarkable. The different speeds make it easy for me to customize my workouts. I have no issues with the remote control as it has always worked great for me. When my family come to visit they all take turns using it. When this one wears out I will try to replace it with the same one ( if still available ).

I chose this specifically because this model has the option of using in a seated position without sitting directly on the plate.After a bit of troubleshooting I am happy with my choice. Marks prompt customer service is much appreciated’

Comfortable, easy to operate, the seat portion is fantastic for my elderly mother. I purchased this for my mom who has Parkinson's, it helps keep her circulation up since her mobility is decreased.I use it in the morning to kick start my body and at night before bed on a daily basis. Noise level is low enough to easily watch TV or listen to music.

I purchased this particular vibration plate after doing a bunch of research. Ive had it for well over a year and still just as happy with it. There are so many benefits to getting your body shaking, it’s great for lymphatic drainage, a good workout, circulation, the list goes on. Not only is it amazing, it’s fun. My kiddos love it too.

I like this vibration plate. Works great for me, either sitting or standing. Using it every other day for 15 minutes to start off. I feel like my flab is tightening up, for one thing, but more than that it is helping the swelling beneath my knees tremendously. I have only used it four times so far. This is just what I needed and it is light enough to move around, unlike the last unit by another manufacturer that shorted out the second time I used it. For that reason and hundreds of other complaints of these type machines breaking, I did get the extra warranty and after I figured out that it is called an EiLison not Ellison, I was able to go online and register the warranty. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

Liked the detachable seat. This machine is good for my stiff lower back and frozen shoulder by grabbing onto the built-in handles. Also, there are more variety because I can do other exercises with the seat attached. Only drawback is that the surface is a little bit small compared to my Lifepro Rumblex 4D. The surface is also slightly curved if that matters to you. I also thought there were 10 programmed settings but there are only five. Overall, it’s a good machine.
