For the second time, item came broken in half. Firs time I ordered a replacement. Second shipment arrived with broken in half item. Terrible...Unbelievable. Tried calling Amazon, ganged up after 15 min on hold...What is happening?

Great product . Big size , I was expecting way smaller as it allways not what I'm looking for but this one is perfect . Love it . So I decided to order one more and guess what ... It came broken because packaging was suck . So I'm returning .

I bought both the left and right one of these to do a diy to my existing full length mirror. I like them a lot, but wish I'd realized the thickness of them. Not that it is a bad thing, but for my project just wish they were a little thinner. Will still work for what I'm doing though.
